Doha Residences: a furnished-rentals site with viewing booking
A leasing and property-management company that wanted to list homes in The Pearl, Lusail and West Bay, book viewings and collect requests from new residents.
The customer journey
- Visitors browse homes by area and sort by price.
- They book a viewing at a free time for that home.
- Or they send a request with area, bedrooms, budget and move-in date.
What the owner gets
- Viewings and home requests in one dashboard.
- Pause rented homes and edit rents.
- Follow each request to signing.
